Today, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China released the "2021 Green Manufacturing List", and Changchun Sanding Transformer Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "National Green Factory".

In order to implement the "14th Five Year Plan for Industrial Green Development", strengthen the benchmark guidance of green manufacturing, create advanced models of green manufacturing, and lead the green development of the transformer industry, Changchun Sanding comprehensively implements the new development concept, accelerates transformation and upgrading, adheres to innovation leadership, accelerates the promotion of green and low-carbon transformation, continuously improves the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, and solidifies the foundation of high-quality development.

As a large energy equipment (transformer) manufacturing enterprise in China, Changchun Sanding has embarked on a green and innovative development path from product output to standard output and then to brand output.

1. Using green standards to occupy the technological high ground in the industry, we have comprehensively promoted green manufacturing and carried out the "Changchun Sanding Industrial Park" project. We have focused on research on green material selection technology for transformers, initiated the construction of a green design platform project, and carried out the replacement and transformation of energy-saving green equipment, as well as the construction of a green manufacturing basic database and product information database.

2. Adhering to the concept of environmental protection design and development, actively promoting energy-saving, emission reduction, and total amount control requirements, truly achieving the unity of economic and environmental benefits for enterprises. Participate in research on environmental protection work in the same industry, investigate advanced environmental governance measures, new technologies, and scientific management models, and apply them in a planned manner within the enterprise, contributing to the development of environmental protection for national transformer enterprises.

3. Guided by the principles of meeting emission standards and circular economy, we aim to build and improve the circular economy industry chain and create a green transformer enterprise.

4. The pollution control facilities are complete, various pollution control technologies are advanced, raw and auxiliary materials are fully utilized, and resource based recycling is achieved, achieving clean production and full lifecycle process control.

5. Introduce advanced equipment and optimize production processes to achieve energy conservation, efficiency creation, and low-carbon emission reduction.

Changchun Sanding actively responds to the national dual carbon strategy and will focus on the research and development of green design platforms and key green manufacturing processes for ultra-high power transformers in the future. It will accelerate the construction of a green manufacturing system, continue to create advanced models of green manufacturing, and lead the green transformation of the transformer industry.
